质量保证模式指导的结直肠肿瘤外科护理质量评价标准体系的研制

目的建立结直肠肿瘤外科的护理质量评价指标体系,为提高外科专科护理质量提供评价依据。方法以质量保证模式步骤为指导,通过德尔菲法对结直肠肿瘤的外科护理质量评价指标体系进行筛选和论证。结果确认并建立了结直肠肿瘤外科护理质量评价指标体系的3级指标,包括2级指标中的要素质量指标3项、环节质量指标9项、终末质量指标3项以及3级指标16项。结论质量保证模式指导下制定的护理质量评价标准体系为外科专科疾病的护理质量评价提供了科学依据,突出了护理的细节及内涵,适应现代外科模式的需求。

Development of an Index System for Evaluating Nursing Quality in Colorectal Surgery Guided by Quality Assurance Model

Objective To establish the index system for nursing quality evaluation and provide evidence for improving quality in general surgery.Methods Quality model and Delphi method were used to screen and validate the indications of nursing quality evaluation for colorectal surgical department.Results Confirmed and established Ⅲ grade index of colorectal surgery nursing quality evaluation index system,including 3 factors quality indicators of Ⅱ grade index,9 environment quality indicators,3 final quality indicators and 1 6 Ⅲ grade index.Conclusion The system guided by quality assurance model can provide scientific basis for nursing quality evaluation,highlight the details and the connotation of nursing,cooperate with the pur-pose of functionalization and rationalization for the surgical treatment of colorectal tumor,and meet the needs of modern surgical mode.
