中西医结合方案改善中风患者生活质量临床观察

目的:评价中西医结合治疗方案对中风患者生活质量的临床疗效。方法:收集72例中风急性期病人,根据患者入院顺序纳入研究,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取中西医结合治疗(常规西医治疗+口服益气活血散),对照组采取常规西医治疗。评价治疗后第4周、第8周及第12周的疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗方案能改善中风急性期患者的神经功能缺损程度、促进患者生活能力恢复。结论:中西医结合治疗中风急性期有很好疗效。

Clinical Observation on Integrative Programs to Improve Quality of Life of Stroke Patients

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive therapeutic plan of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the quality of life of stroke patients. Methods ：72 cases of acute stroke patients, according to the order of admission of patients included in the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with combination therapy（ conventional Western medicine treatment ＋ oral Yiqi Huoxue Powder） ,and the con- trol group took the conventional Western medicine. The evaluation was carried on 4 weeks ,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Results ：The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve acute cerebral hemorrhage patients＇neural function deficit and promote patients＇recovery in living ability. Conclusion：The comprehensive therapeutic plan of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good effect treatment on acute phase of stroke.
