医护一体化管理在中医重点专科建设中的应用

目的探讨医护一体化管理模式,适应中医临床重点专科建设要求,提升中医护理内涵,提高患者满意度。方法成立医护一体化管理小组,运用头脑风暴法,对病房的医疗设备配置、中医药文化建设、科研人才建设、提高医疗水平等方面医护合作做出规划并实施;运用鱼骨图分析法找出满意度扣分的主要项目,针对医疗护理服务上的不足,医护合作进行针对性整改。结果实施医护一体化管理后,科内中医文化氛围更浓厚,重点专科病种的诊疗及护理路径得以更规范地执行,医护科研能力、中医技能使用率和患者满意率均较前提高。结论医护一体化管理模式的实施,进一步促进了中医技能的推广运用,提高了医护人员业务能力及患者满意度,有效促进了中医重点专科建设。

Application of Doctor-nurse Integrated Management Mode in Development of Clinical Key Specialty of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To develop a mode of doctor-nurse integrated management to meet the requirements of clinical key specialty and to improve patients’ satisfaction with TCM nursing. Methods Doctor-nurse integrated management group was established and doctor-nurse integrated management mode including medical equipment configuration, cultural construction of Chinese medicine, talent cultivation, improvement of medical treatment was developed through brainstorming. Fishbone diagram was applied to identify the main problems in medical services. Results After the application of doctor-nurse integrated management mode, there was richer traditional Chinese cultural atmosphere in the hospital and standardized disease diagnosis and treatment and nursing path in key specialty. Utilization rate of TCM skills and patients ’ satisfaction with medical service were enhanced. Conclusion The application of doctor-nurse integrated integration mode in department management contributes to promoting TCM skills, enhancing professional proficiency of medical staff and patients ’ satisfaction thus effectively promote the construction of TCM key specialty.
