| 摘 要： | 文章从《金匮要略》中关于胸痹心痛病的病机出发,结合经典和临床体会,探讨了脾胃在胸痹心痛病的发生、发展和治疗中的作用,提出了调理脾胃治疗胸痹心痛的思路,为临床治疗该病提供了理论和临床依据。

| Abstract: | This articles, from the synopsis on the pathogenesis of chest obstruction and heartache, combined with the classic and clinical experience, discusses the spleen and stomach in the chest obstruction and heartache occurrence, development, and the role of treatment, puts forward the regulating spleen and stomach treating chest obstruction and heartache, providing a theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease. |
