过敏性肺病与特禀体质相关性调查分析

目的:探讨过敏性肺病(变应性鼻炎、咳嗽变异性哮喘)及其发病因素与特禀体质的相关性联系。方法:采用临床流行病学调查方法,运用中医体质调查表和变应性鼻炎(咳嗽变异性哮喘)临床调研表对160例变应性鼻炎患者,40例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者进行特禀体质与发病规律相关性的调查。结果:200例过敏性肺病中有96例为特禀体质,且其兼夹体质以气虚质与阳虚质较多,分别占病例数的24.0%、23.6%;其发病女性多于男性;趋于低龄化;与冷空气、花粉等过敏因素有关;好发在冬春季;与不太运动、过敏性肺病家族病史关系密切。结论:过敏性肺病特禀质人群中其发病与低龄化、冷空气、冬春季、不太运动等因素密切相关。

Research on Relationship between Pathogenesis Regularity of Allergic Lung Disease and Specific Endowment Constitution

Objective ： To investigate the relationship between pathogenesis regularity of allergic lung disease （ allergic rhinitis and asthma） and the specific endowment constitution. Methods ： It was to investigate 160 allergic rhinitis patients and 40 asthma patients with traditional Chinese medicine constitution questionnaire and allergic rhinitis （asthma） clinical investigation-table by the clinical epidemiology research. Results：200 cases of allergic lung disease included 96 cases of the specific endowment consti- tution, which was complicated more with Qi deficiency constitution （24, 0% ） and Yang deficiency constitution （23.6%）. Mean- while,in the specific endowment constitution, the pathogenesis of allergic lung disease tended to be younger ages. And, it was closely linked with less exercise, cold air, pollen allergic factors and family history of allergic, etc. Conclusion ： The specific endow- ment constitution cases＇pathogenesis regularity of allergic lung disease are closely linked with be younger, cold air, winter,less exercise, etc.
