| 摘 要： | 根据"不荣则痛,不通则痛"的机理,可将经行头痛分为虚实两端,其病机为气、火、痰、虚、瘀等侵袭脑窍而致脑髓失养,脏腑气血阴阳失调。治以祛邪通络,滋养脏腑,以平为期,并将宁心安神贯穿始终。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of pain due to non-nourishment or obstruction, headache can be divided into deficiency and excess syndromes. Its pathogenesis is brain failing to be nourished and imbalance between yin and Yang caused by Qi, fire, phlegm, deficieney and blood stasis invasion. The treatment should eliminate evils, dredge collaterals, nourish Zang-fu organs and calming heart throughout. |
