电针督脉经穴治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛临床研究

目的:观察电针督脉经穴治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将36例患者随机分为观察组(18例)和对照组(18例)。观察组给予电针督脉经穴治疗,对照组采取口服盐酸氟西汀治疗。采用简化麦吉尔疼痛量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)为观察指标,以治疗前后疼痛评定指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分变化来评价疗效。结果:两组PRI、VAS、PPI积分较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组治疗后的SDS评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:电针督脉经穴疗法对脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的疗效优于药物治疗。

Clinical Study on Electroacupunture at Du Meridian Treatment for Central Pain after Spinal Cord Injury

Objective：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Du meridian on central pain after spinal cord injury. Methods ：36 patients with central pain after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into an observation group（ 18 cases） and a control group （18 cases）. Treatment group received electroacupuncture at Du meridian; and control group took oral fluoxetine hydrochloride treatment. Two groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks. Pre - and post - treatment evaluations were made using the Simplified Mcgill Pain Questionnaire, the Visual Analogous Scale （ VAS ） and the Self - rating Depression Scale （ SDS ）. Re- sults ： At the end of the treatment course, all pain parameter values were decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the Self - rating Depression Scale （SDS） was decreased markedly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Electroacupuncture at Du meridian treatment for central pain after spinal cord injury is more advantageous than meditation.
