| 摘 要： | 目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝的效果。方法100N糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为常规治疗组与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗组，多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗组在常规治疗组的基础上添加多烯磷脂酰胆碱，持续治疗1月后，观察治疗前后血脂、肝功二酶及肝脏B超的变化。结果用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗后患者血脂较前明显下降，肝功ACT、AST有所好转，复查肝脏B超脂肪肝消失率78％。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱对2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝效果显著，值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetic united adiposis hepatica with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine. Methods 100 cases of diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into conventional therapy group and Polyene Phosphatidylcholine treatment group, the treatment time is one month, to observe the change of before and after treatment blood lipids, liver enzymes and liver, type-B ultrasonic. Results There are significant change in blood fat, liver ACT and AST of patient after treatment by Polyene Phosphatidylcholine. It is up to 78% effective rae through type-B ultrasonic method. Conclusion Polyene Phosphatidylcholine is a kind of drug for type 2 diabetic united adiposis hepatica, and it is worth to spread. |
