| 摘 要： | 内皮素具有强烈而持久的血管收缩作用,其与慢性心力衰竭的发生、发展及疾病的预后密切相关。长期应用内皮素受体拮抗剂可改善心力衰竭患者的血流动力学、减缓左室重构、增加心脏指数、同时提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Endothelin is a potent and long-acting vasoconstrictor.It is related closely to the occurrence,development and prognosis of chronic heart failure.Long-term treatment with endothelin-receptor antagonist has improved haemodynamics,decreased left ventricular hypertrophy,increased cardiac output,and prolonged the survival rate of patients with chronic heart failure. |
