心可舒片对冠心病患者血液粘度与内皮功能影响的初步研究

目的　观察心可舒片对冠心病患者的血液粘度与内皮功能的影响。方法　将冠心病患者分为两组 :治疗组 30例 ,用心可舒片口服 ,每次 4片 ,tid ,治疗 1个月 ;对照组 2 8例 ,不用其他中成药。两组常规治疗相同 ,两组在观察前及 1个月后测血液粘度、一氧化氮 (NO)及内皮素 (ET)水平。结果　服用心可舒片 1个月后 ,治疗组全血粘度有明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,NO含量明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ,血清内皮素水平明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。而在此期间对照组各项参数无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　心可舒片对冠心病的治疗作用机制可能是通过改善血液粘度、增加NO及抑制ET而介导的

Effects of Xinkeshu tablets on blood viscosity and endothelium function in coronary artery disease

Objectives To investigate effects of Xinkeshu tablets on blood viscosity and endothelium function in coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods Patients with CAD were randomized into two groups: therapy group included 28 patients, each one took 4 tablets of Xinkeshu, tid; control group included 28 patients without any Chinese medicine, two groups were taken the same conventional western medicine of CAD. The blood viscosity, nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET) level were determined in 30 days after therapy. And obtained different parameters of two groups were compared. Results The blood viscosity and endothelin level were obviously decreased ( P <0 05, P <0 01), and concentration of NO was decreased ( P <0 01) in therapy group after treatment; but no significant change in control group ( P >0 05) in the same periol. Conclusions The mechanism of theraping CAD with Xinkeshu maybe by intervention of decreasing blood viscosity, increasing NO and inhibiting ET.
