| 摘 要： | 目的:观察扶正消岩方预防乳腺癌,术后的复发及转移。方法:将98例乳腺癌术后患者分为中药组和对照组,两组均予以放疗,化疗及内分泌治疗,中药组术后及放化疗过程中即服中药扶正消岩方,对照组当疾病出现复发或转移时开始服用扶正消岩方。结果:中药组50例中,复发3例,转移5例,死亡1例,此9例患者的中位无病生存期6.0年;对照组48例中的中位无病生存期3.5年,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)结论:扶正消岩方能预防和延缓乳腺癌术后的复发及转移,提高患者的生活质量。
