摘    要:目的利用均匀设计法探讨壳聚糖吸附澄清技术能否代替水沉淀法用于杜仲叶提取液的纯化工艺。方法用差示分光光度法对壳聚糖澄清法及水沉法沉淀后的药液所含的绿原酸含量进行测定。结果壳聚糖吸附澄清法与水沉法均能使药液澄清,前者更能保留药液中的有效成分。结论壳聚糖澄清法可替代水沉法用于精制杜仲叶提取液。

Abstract:Objective To study the clarification refining effect of chitosan on the decoction of folium eucommiae by homogeneous design compared to purified water sediment process. Methods Contents of chlorogenic acid in both of the refined decoction by the purified water sediment and the chitosan clarification method were determined by difference spectrophotometry.Result Both processes by chitosan and by purified water could make the refined decoction clear,and the former reserved more effective components than the latter.Conclusion Chitosan clarification method can replace the purified water sediment method to refine folium eucommiae decoction.
