中药离子导入加腹部按摩在腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床应用

目的探讨采用中药离子导入在腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法选择行腹部手术患者124例，随机分为观察组和对照组各62例，2组患者均按外科常规护理。观察组加用中药离子导入及腹部按摩。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复早，肛门排气、腹胀缓解时间缩短，优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药离子导入加腹部按摩在腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的护理干预，对预防吻合口瘘、肠粘连、肠梗阻等严重并发症具有重要意义。

Clinical application of Traditional Chinese drug ion-introduction combined with abdominal massage on the recovery of gastrointestinal function post-operation of abdominal surgery

Objective To observe the clinical application of Traditional Chinese drug ion-introduction combined with abdominal massage on the recovery of gastrointestinal function post-operation of abdominal surgery. Methods 124 patients suffered from abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group ( n =62) were nursed by routine nursing method. And patients in treatment group ( n = 62) were nursed by combination of routine nursing method, Traditional Chinese drug ion-introduction combined and abdominal massage. Result Shorten time of anal aerofluxus and abdominal distention in treatment group were superior to those in control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Application of Traditional Chinese drug ion - introduction combined with abdominal massage on the recovery of gastrointestinal function post-operation of abdominal surgery has a good effect.
