摘    要:目的探讨转移抑制基因nm23-H1和组织蛋白酶B(CB)在非小细胞肺癌发生及转移中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学法检测手术证实的97例非小细胞肺癌组织及28例良性肺病变中nm23-H1和CB的表达情况,将检测结果与患者临床病理特征进行综合分析。结果 nm23-H1和CB的表达主要定位于细胞质,nm23-H1和CB在非小细胞肺癌中表达的阳性率明显高于良性肺病变。非小细胞肺癌中nm23-H1和CB蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移无明显相关,但CB阳性表达率在低分化组及有淋巴结转移组有升高趋势。肺癌组织中nm23-H1和CB的表达水平显著相关。结论 nm23-H1和CB在非小细胞肺癌中表达上调,联合检测nm23-H1和CB对肿瘤的诊断和预后判断有一定的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the action of nm23-H1 and cathepsin B(CB) on development and metastasis in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods The expressions of nm23-H1 and CB in 97 cases of NSCLC confirmed by operation and 28 cases of pulmonary benign lesion tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry,and the relationships with different clinical and pathological characters were synthetically analyzed.Results The expression of nm23-H1 and CB were located mainly in cytoplasm.The positive rates of nm23-H1 and CB in NSCLC tissues were higher than that in pulmonary benign lesion.The expressions of nm23-H1 and CB in NSCLC were not obviously correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis.But the positive expression rates of CB in low differentiation group and the group of lymph node metastasis had a rising trend.The expressions of nm23-H1 were markedly related to CB in lung cancer tissue.Conclusion The expressions of nm23-H1 and CB in NSCLC is raised,the joint detection of nm23-H1 and CB should be helpful to predict the prognosis in NSCLC.
