分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中疗效的研究

目的探讨分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中的疗效。方法将90例社区中风患者分为常规理疗组(对照组)、中医康复组和康复训练组,每组各30例。分别采用常规理疗、分期中医康复治疗和康复训练治疗,治疗前、治疗2个月后分别进行Fugl-Meyer运动评分(FMA)和改良的Barthel指数评定法(MBI)评分。结果 3组治疗方法在改善中风偏瘫患者运动功能方面均有效(P<0.01);中医康复组和康复训练组效果优于对照组(P<0.01);而中医康复组和康复训练组之间效果相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论分期中医康复治疗在中风社区康复中有与康复训练相当的良好的效果。

Study on the effect of staging rehabilitation treatment of Chinese medicine in stroke rehabilitation in community

Objective It is to explore the effect of staging rehabilitation treatment of Chinese medicine in stroke rehabilitation in the community.Methods 90 patients with stroke in community were divided into routine physical-therapy therapy group(control group),Chinese medicine rehabilitation group and rehabilitation training group,30 patients in each group and were treated with conventional physiotherapy,staging rehabilitation medicine treatment and rehabilitation treatment respectively,before treatment,in 2 months after treatment Fugl-Meyer motor action(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI) were evaluated.Results All the treatment methods were effective in improving motor function in hemiplegic stroke patients(P<0.01),but the effects of TCM rehabilitation group and rehabilitation training group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the difference between TCM rehabilitation group and rehabilitation training group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of staging rehabilitation treatment of Chinese medicine is similar to that of rehabilitation training in stroke rehabilitation in community.
