不同产地草乌的红外光谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的寻找能够鉴别不同产地草乌成分差异的新方法。方法利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定不同产地的草乌样品,对所获得的指纹图谱进行特征峰指认和对比分析。结果不同产地草乌样品的红外吸收频率、吸收峰的相对强度都存在比较大的差异。结论首次运用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对不同产地草乌根部的混合化学体系进行了全组分快速分析,为草乌的鉴别及质量控制提供了可靠的依据。

Identification study on infrared spectrum of kusnezoff monkshood in different place of origin
Abstract:Objective It is to look for new ways which can identify composition differences in kusnezoff monkshood in different place of regions.Methods Kusnezoff monkshood samples from different regions were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and the fingerprint images obtained were used to do characteristic peak identification and comparative analysis.Results There were big differences in infrared absorption frequency,the relative strength of absorption peak among the samples of different origin kusnezoff monkshood.Conclusion Full components fast analysis of mixed chemical system in different origin kusnezoff monkshood root was performed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy for the first time,which provided a reliable evidence for identification and quality control of kusnezoff monkshood.
