恩他卡朋联用左旋多巴治疗帕金森病系统评价

目的系统评价联用恩他卡朋与左旋多巴治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法通过检索近15 a的PubMed、Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews、EMbase、知网、万方数据库中关于恩他卡朋联用左旋多巴治疗帕金森病的随机对照研究(RCTs),并对纳入研究的方法学进行评价。研究者对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的RCTs用Review manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 5个RCTs共250例患者纳入研究,其中治疗组(恩他卡朋联用左旋多巴)136例,对照组(多巴胺受体激动剂、单胺氧化酶抑制剂、中枢性抗胆碱药联用左旋多巴)114例。Meta分析结果表明治疗组患者药效作用时间、运动功能、不良反应明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论相比其他治疗方案,恩他卡朋联用左旋多巴可显著提升帕金森病患者的疗效,可作为该疾病患者的治疗方案。

Systematic review on entacapone combined with levodopa in treatment of Parkinson's disease

Objective It is to systematic evaluate the clinical effect of entacapone combined with levodopa in treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on entacapone combined with levodopa in treatment of Parkinson's disease were retrieve from PubMed,the Cochrane Database of the Systematic Reviews,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang Database in the past fifteen years.And they were included in the study methodology to evaluate.The quality of literature strict assessment,data extraction and and Meta-analysis of RCTs meet the quality standards of the software of Review manager V5.0.Researchers.Results A total of 250 patients in 5 RCTs were included in the study,136 cases in treatment group(entacapone combined with levodopa) and 114 cases in control group(dopamine agonists,monoamine oxidase inhibitors,central anticholinergic drug combined with levodopa),Meta-analysis results showed that the pharmacodynamic duration of action,motor function,adverse reactions in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group,the differenes were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compare to the other treatment options,entacapone combined with levodopa can significantly improve the effect of patients with Parkinson's disease and can be used as treatment options for the disease.
