| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨离断性肾盂成形术及双J管内引流治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的疗效。方法 对45例肾盂、输尿管连接部梗阻，采用离断性肾盂成形术，留置双J管内引流，并观察其效果。结果 术后吻合口畅通，无尿外渗，肾积水与肾功能改善。1例发生管腔堵塞，1例出现肾盂感染。结论 离断性肾盂成形术是治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的有效方法，双J管内引流是防止术后吻合口漏尿与吻合口狭窄的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of internal drainage in Anderson-Hynes operation for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction. Methods: Between September 1996 and December 2001, a total of 45 cases of UPJ obstruction after Anderson-Hynes operation had double-J tubes placed operation. Results: All obstruction was successfully relieved and hydronephrosis was distinctly alleviated with good renal function. Conclusions: Anderson-Hynes operation is an effective method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Double J tube stent is a major measure in preventing urine leakage and ureter stricture. |
