| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药补中益气汤对A型肉毒毒素所致局灶性肌无力大鼠神经肌肉接头功能的影响。方法应用A型肉毒毒素造模制作大鼠肌无力模型,补中益气汤灌胃干预,并与模型组比较,电刺激单纤维肌电图(Stimu-SFEMG)观察用药前后颤抖(jitter)值(MCD)的改变。结果模型组MCD值在造模后20天、30天与造模后10天时比较有一定的降低,但差异无显著性；治疗组在用药后20天、30天的MCD值与造模后10天时比较均明显降低,差异有显著性(P＜0．01)。结论补中益气汤可以增强神经肌肉接头功能,因而可用于肉毒中毒的治疗。
