腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的效果对比分析

目的比较腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床效果。方法将2010年1月～2013年11月本院行手术治疗的86例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组经开腹手术治疗,观察组经腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的手术各项指标情况及随访结果。结果观察组手术时间、首次排气时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访3～6个月,两组患者症状缓解率和复发率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组妊娠率为46.5%,显著高于对照组的25.6%（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效确切,具有微创性、出血少和恢复快等优点,有利于术后受孕。

Effect comparison of laparoscopy and open surgery in treatment of ovarian endometriosis

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods 86 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis in our hospital from January 2010 to November2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with open surgery.The observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operation indicators and follow-up situation of two groups were comprehensively compared. Results The operative time,first time of anal exhaust and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those of control group,blood loss was less than that of control group（P〈0.05）;After 3-6 months of follow-up,the symptoms ease rate and recurrence rate of two groups had no statistical differences（P〉0.05）;The pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis has exact effect with minimally invasive,less blood loss and faster recovery.It′s good for conception.
