低位水囊在足月妊娠计划分娩中的应用效果

目的观察低位水囊用于足月妊娠计划分娩的临床效果。方法选择320例足月妊娠、单胎、头位的初孕妇,将其随机分为两组,每组各160例。两组分别采用低位水囊及缩宫素引产,比较两组的引产效果及分娩方式。结果水囊组孕妇引产总有效率显著高于缩宫素组（P〈0.01）;水囊组阴道分娩率高于缩宫素组（P〈0.01）。水囊组经阴道分娩者临产发动时间及总产程明显短于缩宫素组（P〈0.05）,两组全部新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论低位水囊用于足月妊娠引产可加速宫颈口扩张、缩短产程,且方法简单,引产成功率高,对母婴无不良影响。

Application effect of low water bladders in program childbirth of fullterm pregnancy

Objective To observe the application effect of low water bladders in program childbirth of full-term pregnancy. Methods 320 cases of pregnant women with full-term pregnancy,single tires,head position were randomly divided into two groups,with 160 cases in each group,low water bladder and oxytocin were used for labor induction in two groups,the labor induction effect and delivery mode were compared. Results The total labor induction effective rate and vaginal delivery rate of water bladder group was significantly higher than the oxytocin group（P0.01）.In vaginal delivery women,labor launch time and total labor time of water bladder group were significantly shorter than oxytocin group（P0.01）.The neonatal Apgar scores of two groups were not significantly different too（P0.05）. Conclusion The low water bladders applied in labor induction of full-term pregnancy can accelerate cervical dilation,shorten production process,and the method is simple,induction successful rate is high,has no adverse effects on maternal and child.
