CD24在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨CD24在各型各阶段子宫内膜腺癌中的预判价值。方法对30例正常子宫内膜者、65例增生子宫内膜患者及86例子宫内膜腺癌患者的CD24进行检测,并研究其表达情况。结果子宫内膜腺癌组CD24阳性表达率高于正常子宫内膜组、单纯型增生过长内膜组和复杂型增生过长内膜组,不典型增生过长内膜组CD24阳性表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。子宫内膜癌不同浸润深度及不同FIGO分期的CD24阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A、B组的CD24阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。G3组CD24阳性表达率高于G2、G1组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。淋巴结转移阳性组CD24阳性表达率高于淋巴结转移阴性组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CD24可能成为未来最新的、重要的评估子宫内膜腺癌病情的肿瘤生物学指标。

Expression and significance of CD24 in endometrial adenocarcinoma

Objective To study the predicting value of CD24 in each model and different stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods 30 cases of normal endometrium,65 cases of patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma and 86cases of patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma were selected,the expression of CD24 was detected and researched.Results CD24 positive rate in endometrial adenocarcinoma group was higher than that in normal endometrium group,simple hyperplasia endometrium group and complex hyperplasia endometrium group respectively,CD24 positive rate in atypical hyperplasia endometrium was higher than that in normal endometrium group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.CD24 positive rate in different depth of infiltration and the FIGO stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.CD24 positive rate in group A and group B was compared,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.CD24 positive rate in group G3was higher than that in group G2and group G1respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.CD24 positive rate in lymph node metastasis positive group was higher than that in lymph node metastasis negative group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CD24 may become the new important evaluation of tumor biological indicator in endometrial adenocarcinoma.
