| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析本院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者的病历资料。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的85.0%（P〈0.05）。治疗组的神经功能缺损程度改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死可起到抗血栓、改善微循环及保护脑细胞,促进神经功能恢复的作用,可减少后遗症、降低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and safety of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods Medical records of 80 patients with ACI admitted into our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（95.0%） was higher than that in the control group accounting（85.0%）（P〈0.05）. In the treatment group,improvement of neurological function deficit degree was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion In the treatment of ACI,Shuxuetong combined with edaravone can prevent thrombus,improve microcirculation,protect brain cell,promote neural functional recovery,reduce the occurrence of sequelae as far as possible,and reduce the rate of disability. |
