低剂量氨磺必利对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的探讨低剂量氨磺必利对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将60例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为氨磺必利组和利培酮组。利培酮组维持利培酮治疗,氨磺必利组在利培酮治疗的基础上加用低剂量氨磺必利,比较治疗前、治疗8周末两组的阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）和副反应量表（TESS）评分。结果治疗8周末,氨磺必利组的PANSS总分及阴性症状评分低于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;SDSS各条目中总分及职业和工作、家庭外社会活动、对外界的兴趣和关心、责任心和计划性评分低于利培酮组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组TESS评分差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低剂量氨磺秘利能有效改善恢复期精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及社会功能。

The influernce of low-dose amisulpride on social function in patients with convalescent schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the influernce of low-dose amisulpride on social function in patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods Sixty cases of patients with convalescent schizophrenia were randomly divided into amisulpride group（n=30） and risperdal group（n=30）.Only risperdal was given to the risperdal group,the amisulpride group were given with risperdal combined with low-dose amisulpride.The clinical effect of two groups were assessed with the positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS） and treatment emer gent symptom scale（TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 8thweek treatment. Results At the end of the 8-week treatment,the scores of PANSS and negative symptom scale in amisulpride group were lower than those of risperdal group,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.In SDSS results,the entries of the total score and occupation,the interest and concern to outside,responsibility and planning in amisulpride group were lower than those of risperdal group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The TESS scores of two groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose amisulpride can effectively improve the social functions and negative symptom of convalescent schizophrenia patients.
