目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用方法及价值分析

目的探讨目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用方法及临床价值。方法选择外科护理人员32例随机分为两组,比较目标管理后两组的＂三基＂理论和＂三基＂操作考试成绩、患者及医生对护理人员的满意度、绩效考核优秀率。结果观察组管理后的＂三基＂理论和＂三基＂操作考试成绩均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的患者及医生对护理人员满意度及绩效考核优秀率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在外科病房实施目标管理,能有效提高护理人员的理论及操作能力,提高患者及医生对护理人员的满意度。

Application method and value analysis of target management model in surgical nursing management

Objective To explore application method and clinical value of target management model in surgical nursing management. Methods 32 cases of surgical nurses were selected and randomly divided into two groups,after the target management, ＂sanki＂ theory score and ＂sanki＂ operation examination score,patient and doctor satisfaction rate of nursing staff and the excellent rate of performance appraisal in two groups was compared respectively. Results After the target management, ＂sanki＂ theory score and ＂sanki＂ operation examination score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively（P〈0.05）.Patient and doctor satisfaction rate of nursing staff and the excellent rate of performance appraisal in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing management with target management model in the surgical ward can effectively improve the ability of nursing theory and operation,it can improve patient and physician satisfaction rate of nursing staff.
