腹部术后早期肠内营养联合四君子汤加味对患者营养状况的影响

摘    要:目的分析腹部术后早期肠内营养联合四君子汤加味对患者营养状况的影响。方法随机选取本院2013年1~12月收治的70例行腹部手术患者,根据患者就诊顺序编号分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组实施肠内营养,治疗组在肠内营养的基础上加用四君子汤,分析两组患者的营养状况。结果两组患者术后第1天RBC、HGB、Alb显著降低,术后第8天逐渐恢复正常,组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组体重及氮平衡均高于对照组(P〈0.05),胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论腹部术后患者早期实施肠内营养联合四君子汤加味,可明显改善患者的营养状况,恢复胃肠道功能,效果显著,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of early enteral nutrition combining with modified Sijunzi decoction on nutritional status in patients after abdominal surgeries. Methods Seventy patients who underwent abdominal surgeries and were admitted into our hospital from January to December in 2013 were randomly selected.They were evenly divided into treatment group and control group according to the sequence number of visiting doctor,the enteral nutrition was provided,while in the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,Sijunzi decoction was added.The nutritional status in both groups was analyzed. Results The RBC,HGB,and Alb greatly decreased in the first day after surgery,and gradually recovered to be normal in the 8th day after surgery,which displayed statistical differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).The body weight and nitrogen balance in the treatment group were both higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter in comparison with those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early implementation of enteral nutrition combining with modified sijunzi decoction in patients after abdominal surgeries can remarkably improve patient′s nutritional status and get recovery of gastrointestinal function with a significant effect,which is worthy of application in calinical.
