多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的效果观察

目的探讨多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法回顾性分析顽固性心力衰竭患者60例的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为联合组和常规治疗组。常规治疗组给予吸氧、利尿剂、洋地黄、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等治疗,联合组在常规治疗的基础上应用多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果联合组的总有效率为93.3%,显著高于常规治疗组的63.3%（P〈0.05）。联合组治疗后的心胸比、LVEF、LVD、LVFS改善情况显著优于常规治疗组（P〈0.01）。结论多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭能显著提高临床效果,改善心胸比、LVEF、LVD、LVFS相关指标,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treating intractable heart failure

Objective To discuss clinical effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treating intractable heart failure. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with intractable heart failure were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the combination group and the conventional treatment group according to treatment method.The conventional treatment group was given conventional therapy,such as oxygen inhalation,diuretics,digitalis, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and so on while the combination treatment group was given dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside based on the conventional therapy.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the combination group（93.3%） was obviously higher than that in the conventional treatment group（63.3%）（P〈0.05）.The improvement of cardio-thoracic proportion,LVEF,LVD,LVFS of the combination treatment group was better than that in the conventional treatment group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treating intractable heart failure can improve obviously clinical efficacy, improve the related indexes—cardiothoracic proportion,LVEF,LVD,LVFS,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
