优质护理对剖宫产术及术后疼痛的影响

目的研究优质护理对剖宫产术后疼痛的影响。方法选取在本院进行剖宫产手术的产妇120例,按照产妇及其家属意愿,分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组60例,治疗期间采用一般护理措施;实验组60例,治疗期间采用优质护理措施,比较两组的手术时间、切皮至胎儿娩出时间、术后排气时间及术后疼痛评分。结果实验组的手术时间、切皮至胎儿娩出时间、术后排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组的术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取优质护理措施有助于缩减剖宫产手术时间、降低产妇疼痛感。

Effects of high quality nursing care on cesarean section and postoperative pain

Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing care on cesarean section and postoperative pain.Methods 120 eligible women received cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and experimental group in accordance with the intention of pregnant women and their family members.60 participants were taken as control group and the other 60 cases were taken as experimental group.The control group was given routing nursing care and the experimental group was given high quality nursing care during therapy.Operation time,incision to delivery time,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative pain score in two groups was compared respectively. Results Operation time,incision to delivery time,postoperative exhaust time in experimental group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Postoperative pain score in experimental group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing care can shorten operation time of cesarean section,reduce maternal pain.
