两种药物治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的对比分析

目的探讨两种药物治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年3月～2013年7月收治的面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者80例,将其随机平均分为他克莫司软膏组和皮肤止痒脱敏膜组,分别使用他克莫司软膏和皮肤止痒脱敏膜进行治疗,治疗4周后,随访观察两组患者的临床疗效,并进行费用-效果比分析。结果他克莫司软膏组、皮肤止痒脱敏膜组治疗后的症状评分分别为（1.32±0.97）、（1.25±0.65）分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;他克莫司软膏组的总有效率为87.5%,皮肤止痒脱敏膜组为82.5%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;皮肤止痒脱敏组的费用-效果比为7.58,低于他克莫司软膏组的9.79。结论他克莫司软膏和皮肤止痒脱敏膜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果无明显差异,但达到相同效果时,后者费用比前者低。

Comparative analysis of two different medicines in the treatment of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis

Objective To explore effect of the two different medicines in the treatment of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis. Methods 80 patients with facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis admitted into our hospital from March 2012 to July 2013 were selected and evenly divided into the tacrolimus ointment group and the skin itching desensitization film group,and the two groups was given the tacrolimus ointment and the skin itching desensitization film,after 4 weeks treatment,the clinical effect was observed and cost-effectiveness ratio was analyzed during the follow-up in both groups. Results The score of symptom was（1.32±0.97） and（1.25±0.65） points after treatment,and there was no statistical difference of the two groups（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate in the tacrolimus ointment group was 87.5%,while in the skin itching desensitization film,the total effective rate was 82.5%,and there was no statistical difference of the two groups（P〉0.05）.The cost-effectiveness ratio in the the skin itching desensitization film（7.58） was lower than that in the tacrolimus ointment group（9.79）. Conclusion In the treatment of facial glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis,there was no statistical difference in clinical effect between the tacrolimus ointment and the skin itching desensitization film group,but the cost in the latter is lower compared with that in the former when obtaining the same effect.
