依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

目的研究依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2011年1月～2012年12月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者163例,随机分为研究组87例,对照组76例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予疏血通注射液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予依达拉奉注射液治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组的总有效率、治疗前后的NIHSS评分、血小板（PLT）计数、凝血酶原时间（PT）及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的总有效率为67.82%,对照组为52.63%,研究组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均有改善,且研究组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后的PLT计数、PT比较,差异无统计学意义,两组治疗后的PLT计数、PT比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组的不良反应发生率为1.15%,对照组为0,两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论依达拉奉联合疏血通对急性脑梗死的治疗效果优于单纯使用疏血通注射液,值得应用。

Clinical efficacy analysis of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 163 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January2011 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the study group（n=87） and the control group（n=76）.All patients were given routine treatment,while the control group was given Shuxuetong injection,the study was given edaravone injection on the basis of the control group.Atter 2 weeks treatment,the total effective rate,NIHSS score,and platelet（PLT） count,prothrombin time（PT） before and after treatment,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 67.82%,and it was 52.63% in the control group,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,NIHSS score were improved in the two groups（P〈0.05）, and NIHSS score in the study group was improved obviously than the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference of PLT count and PT in the two groups before and after treatment（P〉0.05）,and there was no statistical difference of PLT count and PT after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the study group was 1.15%, it was 0 in the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection treating acute cerebral infarction is better than only using Shuxuetong injection,it is worthy of application.
