时间护理理论在首发抑郁症患者健康教育中的应用效果研究

摘    要:目的分析时间护理理论在首发抑郁症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将120例首发抑郁症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例,实验组给予时间护理,对照组给予常规护理,分别在患者入院当日、第1周末、第4周末评定两组的焦虑、抑郁及睡眠情况,评估两组的健康知识水平。结果实验组第1周末SAS、SDS、Athens及第4周末SAS、Athens均低于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组健康教育知识评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.929,P〈0.05)。结论采用时间护理可有效改善首发抑郁症患者的临床症状,减轻患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量,有助于疾病康复。

Abstract:Objective To analyze application effects of time nursing theory in the health education of patients with first-episode depression. Methods 120 cases of patients with first-episode depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group,the experimental group was given time nursing,the control group was given conventional nursing.Anxiety,depression and sleep level and health knowledge level in two groups was evaluated respectively on the day of admission,first week,4 weeks. Results The SAS,SDS and Athens score after first week,SAS and Athens score after 4 weeks in experimental group was lower than that in control group respectively(P0.05).The health knowledge score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(t=8.929,P〈0.05). Conclusion The time nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients with first-episode depression,reduce the patient′s negative emotion,improve the quality of life,thus facilitating the recovery of patients.
