微种植体支抗在错畸形正畸治疗中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨微种植体支抗在错畸形正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院2012年1~12月收治的错畸形患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采用传统正畸治疗,研究组采用微钛种植体植入行正畸治疗,治疗1年后,观察两组的治疗效果,对矫治前后的头颅侧位片进行测量分析,计算治疗前后上中切牙突角、突距差,下中切牙突角、突距差,磨牙移位情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组治疗前后上中切牙突角、突距差,下中切牙突角、突距差明显高于对照组,磨牙移位值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);随访中研究组5例患者出现种植体周围软组织轻度水肿,无一例发生感染,对照组出现4例支抗牙伸长,牙龈红肿。结论微种植体支抗矫正错畸形效果较好,能够提供有效支抗强度,改善患者前牙覆覆盖关系,并且种植体稳定性良好,值得应用。

Clinical effect of microscopic implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of malocclusion

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of microscopic implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of malocclusion.Methods 80 cases of patients with malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group and study group,each of 40 patients,patients in the control group were treated with conventional orthodontic treatment,patients in study group were given with microscopic implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.After 1 year of treatment,the treatment effect of two groups were observed,cephalometrical film before and after treatment were measured for calculation of upper-central incisor protrusion angle and distance,low-central incisor protrusion angle and distance,molar shifting distance. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);Before and after treatment,the upper-central incisor protrusion angle and distance,low-central incisor protrusion angle and distance of study group significantly higher than control group,molar shifting distance was significantly lower than control group,the differences were significant(P〈0.05);In following up,five patients in study group experienced soft tissue edema around implant,no case of infection,four cases in control group were found with anchorage tooth elongation,swollen gums. Conclusion Clinical effect of microscopic implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of malocclusion is good,it can provide effective anchorage strength,improve coverage anterior overbite relationship and implant stability is good,is worthy of application.
