摘    要:目的探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定芩霍双清饮中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用HPLC测定,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;采用依利特Hypersil ODS2 5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm色谱柱,以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(50∶1∶50)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长为278 nm,色谱柱温度为30℃。理论板数按黄芩苷峰计算应≥2500。用该方法测定芩霍双清饮中黄芩苷的含量进行分析。结果黄芩苷在278 nm波长,每毫升含50~500μg溶液范围检测峰面积存在非常好的重现性,稳定性好,平均回收率为96.02%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.29%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法检测黄芩苷含量的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可应用于芩霍双清饮中黄芩苷的定量测定,作为控制药品质量标准加以推广及应用。

The content of HPLC in the determination of baicalin in Qinhuo shuangqing drink

Abstract:Objective To investigate the case of HPLC in the determination of baicalin in Qinhuo shuangqing drink.Methods The HPLC was measured,octadecylsilane bonded silica was as the filler.The Elite Hypersil ODS2 5 microns4.6×250 mm chromatographic column was used,with methanol-acetic acid-water(50∶1∶50) were as the mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 278 nm,and column temperature was 30℃.The number of theoretical plates of baicalin peak should not be less than 2500.The method used for the determination of baicalin content was analyzed. Results Baicalin in 278 nm wavelength,per milliliter solution containing 50 to 500 μg detection of peak area was very good reproducibility,good stability,the average recovery was 96.02%,RSD =0.29%(n =6). Conclusion HPLC detection of baicalin content method is simple,accurate,reproducible, nd can be applied to the quantitative determination of baicalin Qinhuo shuangqing drink as drug quality control standards to the promotion and application.
