铜离子电化学治疗混合痔的效果分析

目的探讨铜离子电化学治疗混合痔的效果。方法选取本院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的140例混合痔患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各70例,对照组行传统外切内扎手术,观察组应用铜离子电化学治疗,比较两组的手术情况、术后疼痛程度、术后并发症及复发率。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后12、24、48 h疼痛评分低于对照组,术后3 d止痛剂应用次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.04,P〈0.05）。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.04,P〈0.05）。结论铜离子电化学治疗混合痔的效果显著,可降低术中出血量、术后疼痛程度、术后并发症及复发率。

Effect analysis of Copper ion electrochemical in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To investigate the effect of Copper ion electrochemical in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 140 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.The conventional treatment and nursing plan was used in the control group and the Copper ion electrochemical therapy was used in the observation group.The operation and pain degree,complication and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,the amount of bleeding in observation group was less than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The pain score of observation group after 12 hour,24 hour,48 hour treatment was lower than that of control group respectively,the application time of analgesics was less than that of control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.The incidence of complication in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant（χ^2=5.04,P0.05）.The recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant（χ^2=5.04,P0.05）. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect using Copper ion electrochemical in treatment of mixed hemorrhoid,with less bleeding and pain,lower rate of complication and recurrence.
