电针对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用及血清游离电解质浓度的影响

摘    要:目的:为了探讨针刺治病机理,研究了针刺对实验性大鼠心肌缺血及其血清游离电解质浓度的影响。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)造成大鼠实验性心肌缺血,电针大鼠拟“内关”穴,观察治疗效果。结果:电针明显抑制了因注射Pit引起的大鼠心电图S-T段和T波的改变,大鼠心肌缺血时血清钾离子浓度明显升高(P<0.01),血清游离钙离子浓度也有升高的趋势,而其他电解质浓度无明显改变。电针明显抑制了因注射Pit引起的血钾和血钙浓度变化,结论:针刺对实验性心肌缺血具有较好的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment, the effects of acupuncture on experimental myocardial ischemia and serum electrolytic concentrations of rats. Methods:]WT5"BZ]The experimental rat myocardial ischemia was induced by pituitrin with intravenous injection,and the therapeutic effects by acupuncturing the neiguan point of rats observed. The experimental rat myocardial ischemia was induced by pituitrin with intravenous injection,and the therapeutic effects by acupuncturing the neiguan point of rats observed. Results: Electroacupuncture can obviously inhibit the changes of S-T part and T wave in the electrocardiogram of rats. The serum potassium ion concentrations of myocardial ischemia rats were markedly increased, the serum free calcium ion concentrations also trended to increase, but there were not any clear changes in other electrolytic concentrations. The changes of serum potassium and calcium concentrations induced by injecting pituitrin were inhibited by electroacupuncture. Conclusion: The results showed that acupuncture has protective effects on the experimental myocardial ischemia.
