肝病患者血清纤维连接蛋白测定及临床意义

采用速率散射比浊法对 138例肝病患者血清纤维连接蛋白 (Fibronectin ,Fn)含量进行检测 ,并与 5 0例正常对照作对比研究。结果显示 ,急性肝炎患者血清Fn水平高于正常对照 ,肝硬化、重症肝炎及肝癌患者血清Fn水平低于正常 ,差异均具显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎血清Fn水平低于正常 ,但差异不具显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。提示　血清Fn测定对肝硬化、重症肝炎患者病情严重程度判定、预后估计有一定意义。

Measure and clinical value of serum fibronectin in patients with liver disease

Serum fibronectin(Fn)was determined in 138 patients with liver disease and 50 healthy controls by Rate Nephelometry.The levels of serum Fn were higher in patients with acute hepatitis than in normal group,and significantly lower in patients with cirrhosis of liver,Fulminant hepatitis and liver cancer than in normal controls,the differences are significant(P<0 05).The levels of serum Fn were poorly lower in patients with chronic active hepatitis and chronic persistent hepatitis than in normal people,but the differences aren′t signoficant.The results indicate that serum Fn is a index to reflex Serverage,predict progress in patients with cirrhosis of liver,fulminant hepatitis.
