| 摘 要： | 本文试图在用精细化管理思想提高高校医疗卫生保障水平方面作一些探索。精细化管理模式以精细操作为基本内容，通过改变组织个体素质，控制管理漏洞，强化链接协作，从而提高整体管理效益的一种管理理念和管理方法，进一步增强高校医疗卫生工作服务保障能力，更好地满足被服务者的需求。文章分析了高校医疗机构面临的挑战，提出了实施精细化管理的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | This paper studies on improving the level of health protection in universities by applying fine man agement thoughts. Refined management model is a philosophy and method of management by setting fine oper- ations as the basic contents,developing individual qualities of the group,controlling management loopholes and strengthening cooperation links. It can enhance the effectiveness of overall management and further improve capabilities of university health protection to better serve the needs of its staffs. This article analyses the challenges for medical institutions and put forward countermeasures for carrying out fine management. |
