血尿酸及性激素水平与男性慢性心力衰竭的相关研究

方法:63例CHF患者及22例健康人,采用BECKMAN CX9分析仪测定血清UA浓度, 采用德国拜耳180ACS：Se全自动化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清T、E2水平。结果:男性CHF组UA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001)，血清T水平显著低于对照组(P<0. 001)。在男性CHF患者中对比不同心功能分级(NYHA)患者各指标发现，血清UA水平随HF加重而显著升高，与CHF严重程度（LVEF）呈显著显著正相关(P<0.001)；T水平随HF加重明显降低，与CHF严重程度(LVEF)呈显著负相关((P<0.001)；在男性CHF患者中，血清UA与T水平呈负相关((P<0. 05)。结论:1、 血UA水平与男性CHF严重程度呈正相关，且与血清T相关性好，可做为判断男性CHF严重程度和影响预后的指标之一。2、血清T也可作为判断男性CHF及其严重程度的指标之一。

The study on the serum uric acid、testosterone and estradiol levels in the male with chronic heart failure

Abstract：Objective：To explore the changes of the serum uric acid（UA） testosterone（T）and estradio（E2）levels in the male with chron-ic heart failure (CHF). Methods: The serumUA was determined by chemical colormetric method， the serum T and E2 levels were determined by CLIA in 63 aged with CHF and 22 age-matched healthy individuals. Results:（1）Mean serum UA(405.94±129.87) levels in patients with CHF were significantly higher than that in control group(239.77±92.67) (t= -5.281,P<0.05),The difference in the mean serum UA was significant in different stage(stageⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ) ，(2)Mean serum T(317.11±120.39) levels in patients with CHF were significantly lower than that in control group(448.85±82.94) (t=4.539,P<0.05),but the E2 value was no difference .The difference in the mean serum T was significant in different stage(stageⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ) CHF patients (P<0.05)，(3) The levels of serum UA levels were positive correlated with the classification of NYHA(r= 0.649,P<0.05 )， The levels of serum T levels were negative correlated with the classification of NYHA(r= -0.603，P<0.05)，the levels of serum UA levels were positive correlated with the LVEF(r=0.-0.585，P<0.05)， the levels of serum T levels were positively correlated with LVEF(r=0.565，P<0.05)，The levels of serum UA levels were negative correlated with The levels of serum T(r=-0.433，P<0.05). Conclusion:It may be aided to estimated the prognosis and to studied the pathologica mechanism by determined the levels of the serumUA、T in CHF pa-tients；the levels of the serumUA、T in CHF men can be indexs to judge the degree of CHF.
