不同年级医学生身心健康的现况调查与分析

目的了解不同年级医学生身心健康差异,为构建医学生身心健康教育体系提供实证支持。方法采用人格调查问卷(UPI和EPQ)、压力调查问卷以及身体素质调查问卷,随机对本校一年级-三年级(2010级-2008级)的学生进行心理健康和身体素质测试调查。结果①2009级的医学生心理健康水平较2008级和2010级的学生差,且不同年级医学生对同一影响因素的表现不同;②医学生锻炼次数随年级升高而减少,身体素质有下滑趋势(P<0.05)。结论不同年级的医学生身心健康水平存在差异,亟待针对性地构建医学生心理健康教育体系,并重视医学生的体魄锻炼。

Investigation and Analysis of Current Status of Physical and Mental Health of Medical Students of Different Grades

Objective To understand the physical and mental health differences between different-grade medical students so as to provide empirical support for building a physical and mental health education system of medical students.Methods We surveyed the mental health and physical fitness of medical students randomly chosen from classes 2010,2009 and 2008 with the personality questionnaires(UPI and EPQ),stress questionnaire and physical survey.Results ① From an overall point of view,the medical students of class 2009 had worse mental health than those of classes 2008 and 2010;medical students of different grades showed different performance in the same influencing factors.② Exercise frequency decreased with the increase of grade,and students’ physical health have a downward trend(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical and mental health of different grades of medical students is different.There is an urgent need to build medical students’ mental health education system and attach importance to their physical exercise.
