国内外高等医学院校课程改革发展趋势分析

为培养符合21世纪需要的合格临床医生,专业课程设置改革势在必行。首先,新的学科、新的技术进一步拓宽了医学科学的发展空间。其次,医学模式由生物医学模式转变为生物-心理-社会医学模式,标志着以健康与疾病为中心的医学科学,迈入了一个崭新的发展时期。这些转变将推动高等医学课程设置的一系列改革。本文在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,对国内外高等医学院校课程改革发展进行趋势分析,对于我国现行的高等医学课程设置改革具有重要的参考意义。

Developing Trend of Curriculum Reform at Foreign and China's Medical Colleges and Universities

For the cultivation of qualified clinical doctors for the 21st century,it is necessary to reform arrangement of specialized courses.The following changes will promote the reform: Firstly,new disciplines and technology have extended the development space for medical sciences.Secondly,with the transformation of medical sciences from the biological model to the bio-psycho-social model,medical sciences centered on health and diseases have stepped into a new stage.Based on literature review,this paper analyzes the developing trend of curriculum reform at foreign and China’s medical colleges and universities,which is supposed to deliver some reference for the current curriculum reform in China.
