临床医学专业学位研究生培养问题及对策研究

临床医学专业学位硕士研究生主要以培养高水平临床医师为目标,其教育的核心是培养研究生的临床操作技能。但目前培养过程中出现的各种问题均制约了研究生的培养,严重影响了培养研究生的素质与临床操作能力。本文通过在临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中调整培养方案、导师遴选、完善考核体系等方面进行分析,并探讨可行的对策,从而全面提高临床医学专业研究生的各种素质,真正达到临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的培养目标。

Research on Countermeasures to the Problems in Training of Postgraduates of Professional Degree of Clinical Medicine

Education of professional master’s degree of clinical medicine mainly focuses on training high-level clinicians as the aim and training clinical skills as the core.However,at present various problems appearing in the process of training restrict the cultivation of postgraduates,seriously affecting the quality of graduate students and their clinical practice ability.This article analyzes adjusting the training scheme,selecting supervisors,perfecting the assessment system during training process of professional mater’s degree of clinical medicine,and discusses feasible countermeasures so as to improve the qualities of clinical medical graduates and achieve the training goal of the program.
