自制负压封闭引流技术在复杂创面的应用

摘    要:目的介绍自制负压封闭引流技术的组成,安装方法,作用机制,相关理论基础与临床实践等,为复杂创面的治疗提供依据。方法对20例复杂创面病例运用自制负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,并观察效果。结果 20例复杂创面患者经运用自制负压技术治疗2~5天后感染得到有效控制,肉芽新鲜无水肿,血运良好。部分小面积创面通过负压装置修复,其余创面经培养肉芽、植皮或皮瓣转移术等皆愈合出院。结论自制负压封闭引流技术能够使创面与外界污染源隔绝,高负压下全方位持续引流能促进继发坏死组织及时排出,刺激局部微血管再生和组织的修复;同时能有效控制感染,促进肉芽健康快速生长;其成本低,材料易得,可为经济困难患者节省大笔医疗费用,便于在基层医院推广;其透明敷料便于观察创面,及时发现问题,及时处置。

The application of self-USP technology in the treatment of complex wounds

Abstract:Objective This paper described the self-VSD technology,components,installation methods,mechanisms,relevant theory and clinical practice,in order to provide the basis for the treatment of complex wounds.Methods 20 patients with complex wounds were treated with VSD technology.The effect was observed.Results The infection was controlled and the granulation was no edema.The patients were treated with dermoplasty or skin flap and discharged from hospital.Conclusion self-USP technology demonstrates advantages on separation of pollutant source,constant drainage,capillary regeneration,tissue restoration.
