摘    要:临床带教教师是医学生职业生涯的启蒙者,其带教能力在相当程度上影响医学生未来的职业能力和成就。传统的临床实习带教模式更强调对医学生临床技能的培养和锻炼,对医学生科研能力的培养和提高缺乏足够的重视,对医学生未来职业生涯的学术起点未能产生良性影响。现代医学模式的转变,呼唤有转化医学理念和能力、基础与临床结合的学术型医学人才,而这需要从临床实习带教环节抓起。学术型医师具有良好的综合素质,对于医学生养成思想品质、培养临床思维方式、激发科研兴趣、培养科研能力等方面更具优势。做学术型医师是适应临床实习带教现代要求的必然选择。

Abstract:Clinical instruction teachers are the first teachers instructing medical students in clinical practice,the overall qualities of which make a direct impact on the quality of the practice and indirect impact on the future of medical students.Under the traditional apprenticeship mode,the clinical instruction teachers paid more attention to clinical training and ignore academic training of medical student.As a result,it was prominent that the medical students were lack of scientific research ability.The change of medical mode needs academic medical personnel who can undertake both clinical work and translational research.The academic physicians have good overall qualities,therefore,have the advantage for culturing the ethical quality,the clinical thinking and the scientific interesting and ability of the medical students.Being an academic physician is the inevitable choice to adapt to modern demands of clinical practice teaching.
