某三甲医院口服降糖药的使用分析

目的了解并分析某三甲医院口服降糖药的使用情况,并进行用药的评估和分析,为该类药品的采购以及临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法利用医院药品微机管理系统(HIS)数据库中的2010年全年消耗的口服降糖药品销售记录,以口服降糖药的消耗量和限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、药品日均使用费用(DDC)为指标进行分析。结果该院口服降糖药销售金额排序列前3位的是阿卡波糖、格列齐特、瑞格列奈;DDDs排序前3位是盐酸二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、格列齐特;DDC最大的3位是盐酸二甲双胍、阿卡波糖片、格列齐特片。结论该院口服降糖药使用较合理,主要以α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和磺酰脲类药物为主。

Hypoglycemic drug application in a Third-grade Class-A hospital of Anhui province

Objective To understand and analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents in a third-grade class-A hospital,and to carry out the assessment and analysis of drug use for the procurement of such products,as well as the clinical basis for the provision of rational drug use.Methods Computer management system for hospital medicine(HIS) database was used for analysis in the year 2010 of the consumption of oral hypoglycemic drug sales records with the consumption of oral hypoglycemic agents and limit the daily dose(DDD),the frequency of use(DDDs),the cost of drugs used daily(DDC) as indexes.Results The first three ranking in hospital sales of oral hypoglycemic agents were acarbose,gliclazide,repaglinide;the first three of DDDs metformin,acarbose,gliclazide;the largest three of DDC metformin hydrochloride,acarbose tablets,gliclazide tablets.Conclusion The use of oral hypoglycemic agent in the hospital is reasonable,mainly in a-glucosidase inhibitor and sulfonylurea-based drugs.
