| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨食管鳞癌存活素(Survivin)的表达与临床病理因素的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测80例食管鳞癌中Survivin的表达。结果:80例食管鳞癌Survivin阳性率为65.0%,Survivin的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05),还与癌组织分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在食管鳞癌中高表达,与淋巴结转移密切相关。

The Study of Clinicopathological Significance of Survivin in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinicopathologic signification of Survivin in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC). Method: The expression of Survivin in 80 ESCC was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of Survivin expressions was 65%. The positive rate of Survivin had a positive correlation with lymph node metastasis and the clinical stage (P<0.05). The positive rate of Survivin was also positively correlated with the degree of ESCC differentiation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Survivin was higherly expressed in ESCC than in normal esophageal tissues, and was closely related to lymph node metastasis. |
