| 摘 要： | 瘦素是由白色脂肪细胞分泌的一种内分泌激素,可以调节食欲及机体能量代谢的平衡.瘦素同青春期的开始,发育力及妊娠调节机制有关.一些外周组织,如胎盘的滋养层细胞,也可合成和分泌瘦素.因此,瘦素与妊娠的关系十分密切,该文综述近年来瘦素在妊娠中的作用.如瘦素与妊娠的关系、与胎儿生长的关系、与妊娠病理的关系、与胎源性的成人健康和疾病的关系等.

| Abstract: | Leptin is an endocrine hormone that mainly synthesized by white adipose cells.It can regulate appetite,adiposity,and energy metabolism and it is associated with mechanisms regulating puberty onset,fertility,and pregnancy.Some peripheral tissues,such as trophocytes of placenta can synthesize and secrete leptin.So,it has a close association with pregnancy.This article reviewed the researches in recent years on the roles of leptin in pregnancy,such as relationships of leptin with pregnancy,fetal growth and development,pathological pregnancies,fetus-derived adult health problems and diseases. |
