| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针式腹腔镜器械在二孔法腹腔镜手术中的应用。方法:回顾分析2007年6月至2008年12月我院采用针式腹腔镜器械施行二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)200例患者的临床资料。结果:200例均顺利完成手术,其中3例改行三孔法LC,5例针式器械改普通5mm器械,无手术并发症发生。结论:针式腹腔镜器械行二孔法LC安全可靠,创伤更小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in two-port approach with needle apparatus.Methods:The clinical data of two hundred patients treated by two-port LC with needle apparatus from Jun.2007 to Dec.2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the operations were performed successfully,and three were changed to three-port LC,five changed for 5mm Trocar.No operative complications occurred.Conclusions:Two-port LC with needle apparatus is safe,reliable and mi... |
