摘    要:目的:研究促性腺素释放激素受体((GnRH-R)和凋亡相关蛋白FAS在前列腺肿瘤中的共表达及临床意义。方法:采用SABC免疫组化法及原位定量法,对前列腺肿瘤和前列腺增生患者中GnRH-R和FAS的表达与共存进行检测及半定量分析。结果:在前列腺癌组织高分化的1l例,中分化的3例以及低分化的5例中,各种不同分化的癌组织均显示不同程度的(GnRH-R和FAS阳性免疫反应,原位定量显示(GnRH-R表达分别随着组织分化程度增高而非常显著地增高,FAS表达随着组织病理分化的增高而非常显著地降低。结论:(GnRH-R和FAS的表达与前列腺癌的恶性程度有关,可能参与了前列腺恶性肿瘤的发生与发展。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the co expression of gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor (GnRH R) and apoptosis related protein FAS in prostate tumor and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods: The co expressions of FAS and GnRH R in 19 prostate carcinoma and 6 prostate benign hyperplasia patients were observed with immunohistochemistry method SABC and semi quantitative analysis in situ. Results: In 19 prostate tumor patients, expressions of GnRH R increased in accordance with increase of pathological differentiation degrees(P<0.001). Expressions of FAS decreased with the increase of pathology grades(P<0.001). Conclusion: GnRH R and FAS may be related to the pathogenesis and course of the prostate tumor and thus may be used as one discriminator of prostate tumor.
