| 摘 要： | 本文根据对我国卫生领域现有问题的分析和判断。提出了政府应在确保提供公共产品和具有良好效益产品，加大向贫困地区和人口的投入，建立医疗服务和医疗保险市场，加强健康增长率和普及卫生知识等方面发挥作用的建议。

| Abstract: | Basing on analysis and judgement of the problems existed in health field, the author suggested that the government should ensure public health products and external efficient products, increase investment in depressed areas and the poor and estabish medical services and insurance markets. It was also mentioned to enhance health education .disseminate health knowledge and so on. |
