白内障扫盲中水压法娩核式小切口非超声乳化术的临床分折

目的探讨适合中国国情的白内障扫盲的手术方式。方法对2005年该院白内障扫盲活动中186眼白内障患者行水压法娩核式小切口非超声乳化术 人工晶体植入术,观察患者术后视力、术后生存质量(生活自理能力、心理状态)。结果小切口非超声乳化术手术成功率100%,复明率98.4%,患者术后视力恢复满意,生存质量明显改善,适于广大基层医院开展。结论水压法娩核式小切口非超声乳化术是适合中国国情的白内障扫盲的手术方式,有广泛的适应性和实用性。

Hydraulic pressure nucelus-birth tiny cut non-phacoemulsification in eliminating cataract illiteracy

[Objective] To investigate the proper operation method of eliminating cataract illiteracy in China. [Method] After 186 cases were operated by hydraulic pressure nucelus-birth tiny cut non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in eliminating cataract illiteracy in 2005, the eyesight and quality of life of the patients were observed. [Result] The achievement ratio of this operation method reached 100 percent success and 98 percent recovery. After operation patients were satisfied with eyesight recovery and improvement in quality of life so that this operation method was fit for development in primary level hospitals. [Conclusion] This method of eliminating cataract illiteracy is suitable for Chinese basic level hospitals with extensive accommodation and practicability.
